Does 3.0 come with Asian character support?

i know, for most of you, this doesn't hurt. but for me, i really care about the difference between 口口-口口口口 and 口口-口口口口, and this is the reason why i skipped all those 2.x FW and stick with my 1.4 FW.

if anyone has tested this out, please let me know.
