The games that you put on with Zune v2.5 are not compatible with Zune v3.0. However, XNA will come out with a version that is compatible with v3.0 soon. I also believe, that the new version of XNA will make it so that you don't have to restart your Zune after you play a game.

Well thats a drawback to this update, but once XNA gets the new version out everything will be good again. I like hexic and texas hold 'em but i dont think thats the only thing i'd want to play until the new XNA comes out...

Hopefully this will all make games much easier to put onto the Zune. Before it was so much of a hassle that I didn't bother with it after checking it out at first.

How would you delete the older games?

i know a way u can revive the game that you deleted... here goes:

1) open your zune software and connect your zune
2) click "settings" (top right corner)
3) click "Device" (top left side)
4) click "Device Update" on left bar menu
5) you should see the games and click on "Install Games"

You're welcome.
