There is a clock. You just have to look in the settings.

i knew man i found out myself and i LOVE the clock! and there's a password protection thingy if you want too it's in the settings as well!!! now my friends cant steal my zune and use it anymore! (obviously they return it but only after a few hours)

Too bad you can't have the clock show up all the time...
It'd be nice not to have to go to the main menu to see the time, lol.
