New Blue 8bg zune and new features!!!

A cool new blue Zune was spotted at Fry's today, complete with some new features. The first, �Device to Cloud,� allows users to access wireless hotspots to update music collections, browse Zune Marketplace, refresh Channels (another feature), exchange favorites, and buy tagged FM songs. "Channels" are custom stations that deliver "personalized playlists" to the Zune, and the cleverly named "Games" feature is, well, about games. Rumor is a few might even come preloaded on this blue Zune. Lastly, the "Buy From FM" feature lets you listen to FM radio stations and tag the songs purchase when you sync with a PC. Marketplace on the Zune? Apple just got owned. Granted, I don't use the Marketplace, but regardless, Microsoft just won. Also, that "Buy from FM" seems pretty sweet.

The blue looks hideous at this point (can't believe people actually asked for it), but it may look nice in person. Some of this sounds interesting, but I'm hoping there's a lot more to come.

No.

The headphone jack is on the bottom of the device, on top is the hold switch and that other pointless thing.

It might be just one of those square extensions for microphones, like one the DS, which would be totally awesome. In fact, it was jsut today that I said they probably wouldn't do that, so I hope I'm proven wrong in that! Also, the blue looks pretty neat, but I still love my black with blue Doubleshot!

these features are all great but right now ipod is still > than the zune

microsoft has to do a better job of advertising, and sell the zune in more than 2 countries (which is kinda obvious but u kno with microsoft..) and of course support asian languages hehe

i bet there are still tons of ppl who have no iddea what a zune is

You see, little to no advertising is better than crap advertising, which Apple has in droves; I'd prefer the Zune to be more unknown than to be a laughing stock. However, it really does need to be supported in every country that sells Vista/XP. Asian language support would be good, but since they aren't really focusing on anything outside of North America at the moment, they probably won't for some time.
