Need zune help

Hi i just bought a brand new Zune 80gb red today 5/12/08
and it came with no install cd and the setup on the website installs everything 100% but then gives me this error code "0x80070643" and then takes away the icon and deletes whatever was done

i really need this done by tonight 5/12/08 if possible thank you very much

go find the full version of the zune software, and zune 80 does not come with softwares since they expect you to download it yourself.

Try running UnZoone then installing with the full package.

i also tried to install previous versions but they update automatically

Links in my signature. Old versions will not work with 2nd gen. Zunes.
