I'm assuming you just want to know about the device itself and not the software as the software's issues are pretty well known and it's a love/hate thing.

Pros:
Big screen
Comes with premium earbuds
Battery life
Storage capacity
Zune pad
Glass screen
Overall appearance
Size

Cons:
Zune pad can be fiddly
The buttons can be hard to use but it's not bad

- Great Appearance
- Zune Pad

- Glass Screen and Aluminum Back

Cons:
- Battery Life
- A Little Big
- Slower to Load Things than a Flash Zune

The glass screen and the headphones are the big things for me. I trashed my headphones, and had to go back to my old ones and it sucked. I ended up buying a new pair of the premiums.

You could have just used the zune warrenty for a new pair, couldn't you have?

Pros:
Beautiful screen
Sexy Enclosure
TV out
Wi-Fi enabled
Touch Pad

Cons:
Battery Life is eh...ok
no .pdf support
No web browser ( Since it has Wi-Fi capabilites it should have a Web-browser)

Overall nice unit and worth $249US for the 80gig model

Pros:
It's a sexy beast of a player j/k. It is very clean-cut, though.
Large glass (very important) screen
Navigation (buttons)
Interface (GUI)

Cons:
Still can't repeat one song (makes no sense at this point)
Had to be pretty much hacked to get a real clock
Auto-playlists are still limited
Doesn't keep playcount correctly by any means

I think it just covers the device itself. Maybe I will call when I get a chance and ask. Does anyone else have any experience with using the warranty on the headphones?

Edit: sorry OP for hijacking your topic.
