2.5 problem

When i installed the firmware and plugged in my 80 i got this screen..when i hit cancel it didnt recognize my zune but the zune screen said connected...Whats wrong.

try uninstalling the software and firmware that may help and wat screen did u get it didnt show up if it was supposed to

Do you have 2.5 on your Zune, or just the software?

I jsut have the software,my problem is i cant get it on my zune

EDIT: it says I have the most recent firmware.

If it says you have the most recent firmware than you are good to go. That is the theory at least.

Hey Disturbed,

When you get this screen, you have to scroll down the software agreement box and then the NEXT button will light up. Click it, and the software will download on your zune -- all your problems will be fixed.

the same mine i exit the zune software and lunch it again and connect my ZUNE to another USB port, after that you can update you firmware

I'm confused on how to update it. I think I got it once but it failed and I can't get it to update again. Right now it shows 2.3 as the most recent, and I have no idea what to do.

I'm also having a similar problem. I upgraded the software to 2.5, and now when I plug in my zune, a screen pops up saying "update unavailable". The screen on the Zune says connected, but the zune software does not recognize the Zune.
