I believe it's creating it's own database where it tells the software and Zune where all of your videos belong, versus relying solely on metadata which isn't present in MP4 videos. Ok I just got home and am going to start getting into this. Basically all I need to do then is go into my video directory and add the folders there? Such as...

Tv Show > TV Show Name?

Then sort them to where I want?
