I've ran the reset tool...re-installed the software...i've done everything i could think of
Album are still wrong, songs are still wrong, artists are still missing. Are there any suggestions left? Are they ever going to fix stuff on the zune or do i need to get rid of it and get a better mp3 player? :\ this really sucks...still |

Delete all your songs from the Zune software, then edit your song info in MP3Tag or WMP then drag them back into the Zune software.

Make sure to choose the first option. You don't want to delete all your songs permanently.

you can manually change each individual file, use wmp to search album info, or use mp3tag to adjust the tags. just make sure you fix all the tags before you sync. any mp3 player that sorts by artist/album etc is going to have everything out of order if you fail to make sure your files are properly tagged.

Ok, I had some problems like this. My option was to go through and re-tag EVERYTHING messed up, and then make sure it's using both ID3 version 1 and 2. Then, I formatted the Zune, and re-synced everything. That got it working for me. I went through and re-tagged everything just in case.
