need help with error message when trying to download purchased music

Please help...we have just bought a 30 gigabyte Zune to replace my teenage son's i-pod. After weeks of trying to figure it out, we finally thought we had and purchased songs at the marketplace to download and sync. We were allowed to purchase but an error message came up saying to call for help instead of letting us download it to the Zune. Right now it is rather large paperweight... we would appreciate any advice you can give us.

Sounds like a DRM problem to me. Try calling 877-GET-ZUNE to see if they can reset something.
