Need help fast (picture inc.)

When I turned on my new 80gb Zune it said "plug zune device into PC". So I did and got this message "On your PC, open Zune software and restore the zune device firmware" What do I do..This the screen I get with it..

Try uninstalling with UnZoone and reinstalling with SZIP2.

Did all that and still the same thing..I just got it about a week ago so could it be the zune itself..Would exchanging it be smart.
