Help with Zuneware

OK just got my Zune (4 GB Zune 2) and i dled all the software and I have had somes issues which i fixed but i cant figure out this. I have videos that I try to sync with the Zune but they dont synco for some reason, not that i care i got more videos i can use but, once its skipped i try to sync sometihng else and it tries to re sync the ones it skipped before is there a way to reomve them from the sync list? its not really a problem but its very Annoying.

The videos have to be in .wmv or .mp4 format. And maybe if you go to device > status, you can choose to remove it or skip it. But you can set all your seync options to the "let me choose..." options.
