a little advice for syncing problems? please.

i have a friend who's been having total sync problems not names or anything just getting to like 8% and totally stopping she's left it on for 3 days syncing and nothing after 8% so i'm gonna try reformatting her zune, and uninstalling her software, and redo the updates.

anyone else have any other ideas if this doesn't work?

plus she's having a program on her radio show of microsoft vs apple

i got it fixed all i did was reformat it and had her resync it.

if you have problems with that i'll post how to do it all although most of ya pretty much know. also if you're having problems with the software saying you have 1gb+ of "shared files reserved for other coputers" reformat, resync it's a but in the software which won't allow you to access that last area, it really should be about 200mb-300mb, unless you have it selected for more.
