Zune30- update or don't update?

So it seems like there is alot of complaints about the updates. I too do have a zune 30, which I just purchased the day after Thanksgiving. I am excited and I am excited about the update, however, the complaints are kind of giving me second thoughts. What I am going to ask is going to help everyone who is also wandering and myself...

1) Why should I do an upgrade? Please be specific and include as much informations as possible.

I would upgrade for the new UI and wireless sync.

the new ui is great and the software has its perks u can wireless sync wich is really great if u have a dock
question 2
the new software to me is a little bit more lagggy and thats about it

Yes id update the battery life is amazing.

yea, ive noticed that the battery life on the zune 30 after the updated greatly increased

to me the new firmware has been horrible but it stills look pretty and has podcast support
