Hi

my zune verion 2.2 {1040} can anyone tell where to look to see if i have the new firmware verion?

Settings > Software > General in that you can find 'Information' and under it is 'ABOUT ZUNE'

You can also 'CHECK FOR UPDATES' which is above 'Information' just to see if you have the latest.

the version is 2.1.888.0 it does not have anything about the firmware version.

Then you have the latest, if not, I think the software will tell you (I don't think they've pushed a new version out yet, ZuneBoards is usually good about telling everyone on the front page).
