Is there no way to go back?

judging by what I am reading there dosent seem to be a way to go back to the old firmware unless your a computer genius, is this true ? I really cannot stand this new gigantic font, its driving me crazy.

and the pictures are alot fuzzier, ESPECIALLY if you dont have the 320x240...the earlier firmware actually adjusted the quality of the picture to HD quality.
