Zune 30gb Firmware Update acting Sketchy

Is anybody else having some issues with intermittent shut-downs and pauses/plays? Every once in a while when shuffling through my music the device resets and goes back to the main menu...I know about the album mix up maybe this is a glitch as well? I have Pete Townshend songs with the Blizzard of Oz album title lol.

Yea im betting its a little glitchy because the old firmware would also freeze and thhis firmware is brand new.
