Default zune wont turn on after disconnect

ok heres the problem I was updating to the new firmware and for some reason it was taking forever. all i saw on the screen was the please dont disconnect screen but I decided to disconnect anyway thinking I could just reset the zune and start the update over again but the zune wouldnt reset using the back + up button. so I left the zune with the please dont disconnect screen still showing and I assumed the battery died. now the zune wont turn on or charge when I connect it to the usb port. any suggestions on how to fix this?

It won't charge? The firmware is probably corrupted. I'd plug it in anyway, just to give it some juice.

Then, press and hold the back+center+left buttons and the zune will delete everything it has on it, as well as the firmware. At least in theory.

In the future don't ever disconnect during a firmware upgrade or anything in that matter where the Zune itself says do not disconnect. It will only cause problems in the end.
