well, the deal is like just giving you tax free... that $13 take cares of your tax mainly.. that you have to pay..

still cheaper than paying full price+full tax? just go try coupons at everywhere.. go find some coupon.. and then look and see can you find any cheaper deals..

Then again, I printed it on some glossy paper and printed a fake second page on the back. Worked like a charm
