Anybody interested in a Sennheiser CX500 group buy?

I may have a source for these lovely ear buds but I would have to buy in quantities of 20 or more in order to get them for the low low price of $40-$50 each so I was wondering if I could get an idea as to who would be seriously interested in getting in on this offer.

Please, only serious buyers as I don't want to mess up this deal by having people flake when it's time to pay up.

So if you'd be interested, post here saying as much and as soon as I can get confirmation of 20 serious buyers, myself included, I'll go ahead and see if I can't make it happen.

These things retail for $129.95

I just spoke with my guy and he's informed me I can have these for $40ea if I can get together an order of 20 or more. You guys are aware that Sennheiser makes some of the best headphones/earbuds on the face of the earth, right? But if you don't want to get in on it, that's up to you, but it's been offered to ya.

I'm willing to buy a pair, but don't think I will front someone I don't know the money.

Any good reviews on these? As well if you bought these and put up a topic on here I bet you could sell them pretty quick at the discounted price.

I think I've pretty much listed the pertinent details that would be needed to guage the interest in this deal. If/when I can get this to come to fruition by getting the number of people on board then I will post the details of how it will all work, how payment will be made and all that good stuff. I understand your hesitance but I assure you that I am not one of those guys. I can and will give you any and all info you ask for about me in an effort to protect yourself, I don't have a problem with that at all. I am not in this to make or take money, i'm simply passing along an offer to my fellow Zuneians that I figured you'd be interested in. Yep, lots of awesome reviews on them, do a google search and you'll see. I'm not sure I'd have success with selling them here considering nobody has showed interest in getting in on this deal. This group buy is no different than me selling them myself.

Yes sir, these ear buds are top notch and I'd love to get my hands on a pair. Seems like you would too.

I will run this all via paypal for your protection and mine and of course you will need to pay for the product before receiving it. If 20 people want to participate I will go ahead and make an official group buy thread where those wanting to get in can sign up for the deal, once the list is full I will contact those on said list and will start collecting the money via paypal so the order can be placed. I will receive the product and ship them out to everyone on the list. There will be a flat fee for shipping of $5 which will include my time, handling fee, and any and all supplies I may need to buy in order to process all these shipments.

Man I really want those buds and Sennheiser rocks, but I just can't justify buying any more headphones so long as my current ones are alive and I'm still poor. Maybe when my PMX60s fail catastrophically...

Cool.....since this thread is so old and we have just now gotten to 3 members interested, is this something you can wait for or would you only be interested if we can do this ASAP? I just don't anticipate getting to 10 very quickly.
