both of them are gunna have the same quality... they pretty much met the limit... it just depends on the quality of your music.

anyway... try both, and see which one you think fits better.

I'd go with Skull Candy if there both the same quality mainly because the Sennheiser Site prices the CX300-B at 90 Dollars and the Skullcandys are like twenty bucks

yeah... get the cheaper ones... unless you're gunna get some high def heaphones... cause like I said... the quality of the phones basically reached it's limit... unless they're made for high def... and you have high def media.

Sennheiser CX300 (As low as $59.99)
-------------------------------------------------------
Sound Mode Stereo
Technical Features
Frequency Response 18 Hz - 21000 kHz

Impedance 16 ohm

Sensitivity 112 dB
Plug
Plug Type 3.5 mm
Other Features
Volume Control Without Volume Control

Cable Length 2.79 ft.
Warranty
Warranty 2 Years

Skullcandy Smokin' Buds (As low as $9.99)
--------------------------------------

Can't find official specifications, but for $9.99, they're great. I often used use these over my Skullcandy TI's when mixing (until the TI's died... via my dog, not the product itself, the quality of the product was amazing).

Remember, with Skullcandy, you get a lifetime warranty, which includes wear and tare.

ink'd buds are $10 at fye. and the sennheiser are good but i never tried them, you can occasionally get them on amazon for $40 instead of the $55 offered most the time or the $90 the company offers.

I'd rather have a lifetime warranty than a 2 year. But my guess is that you would have to send them in.

I got my Sennheiser CX300's on ebay for under $30. Great quality, good thick cord that doesn't get the 'twisties', and good bass. I've never heard of these breaking, while I've read a lot of posts about the skullcandy having issues on reliability.

I brought my CX300's to a Bose store recently to try them head to head vs the $100 tri-ports and I thought the sound was just a good and the bass a ton better on the CX300's.

You should check ebay and get those...
