Default My new 80gb Zune won't take video even though I've converted it.

My new 80gb Zune won't take video even though I've converted it. Anyone have any suggestions. Is there any video converter better than xilisoft zune video converter? i got a free trial and it works but cost a little penny.
Any one could supply some video converter site that i could upload my video and got the right format?

are you using the correct format? 320x240 resolution, under 30 frames per second (fps) and in either .mp4 or .wmv format

I use Xilisoft's Ultimate Video converter. It costs money, as most that convert to Microsoft/Apple formats do, but it has several built in profiles, one including the Microsoft Zune. Also, be aware that if your converting them to .mp4, that's just a container format, the codec your using can also have something else to do with your problem. Also make sure your using the newest WMV codec, I think it's 9, finally, if your converting to 640X480, you can go into the Zune softwares settings and tell it to convert for TV output to use the higher resolution. There is another option that converts the videos down to certain bitrates, uncheck those. I think the option is "Only convert videos not supported by the device" or something like that.
