Need of a Zune Dock (No Speaker)

What's a great, quick dock for the Zune 8/ Zune 80 (I have both)? I just need a dock that allows a 3.5mm jack to connect to my own speaker system so no need for a Speaker Dock. Also, I like it to charge the Zune while it's docked so that's a must too. Maybe USB and a remote to go along with it?

I'd go with this one.

It has a 3.5mm plug out for use with an audio system.
It also comes with a 3.5mm to RCA cable for higher quality sound out of the player.
I have it and it's great!
