Yes, I do like the JVC more.. but i don't have the FMJ.. i have a Shure SE110 ($100 earphones) and i use the JVC more.. since its more comfortable and don't come out that easy compared to most earphones.

Hey Crusader,

I think you got a great deal on your FMJ -- and I can't imagine better earphones for same/less. The FMJ's are superior to the JVC (which are fantastic for their price).

I got my FMJs for $30 (on sale from their normal price of $50 at Target). Where did you get yours for $25?

I don't like the SkullCandy or JVC, I prefer either Sennheiser (not the expensive ones) or Sony ones (as cheap as $10 for the Fontopia). They are great, last long, and are very comfortable. They also have good bass.

I used to use a pair of Phillips "Virtual Surround Sound" earphones, and they were decent, although they didn't have very much bass at all. My dad has some V-Moda Vibes, and i like those alot, but i wasnt willing to pay $80 for a pair. So far the only problem i have with the FMJ's is that it makes a lot of noise when the wire rubs against something

I agree, this is their biggest (and only real) weak point -- unless you are still, the cord makes a lot of noise. However, the coating on the cord is INCREDIBLE for no tangles -- I mean these things just do not tangle up, and I normally keep mine coiled up in the little carrying case.

But, I'd rather have tangled cables than noisey cables

Just flip them and wear them with the cable running over your ear, should eliminate most of the cable noise.

yea, i agree. And the tip about warping the cord around your ear, it really does eliminate alot of the noise, THANKS!

OK FMJ = TOTAL NOOOOOB.
Sound is OK, but the JVC are so much better at creating a full sound on my zune. I would take the a pair of JVC's over a whole bag of FMJ's because they are so much worse and terrible quality in comparrison with the JVC's and thats final.

You could also staple it to your skull

get it?

SKULL candy

HHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA

I've never seen a quadruple post before. Now I have.

Anyways, I have those Marshmellow phones mentioned before. I really enjoy them and recommended them to my sister who also enjoy them. The default headphones that come with the Zune aren't bad though.
