Ok... After my disaster with SkinIT I have returned the skin and am looking for another option for my 80gb. I have been looking at the invisible shields and the decal girl skins. I would like to have a skin with art on it to give my Zune a new life but more than that I want to make sure that I am protecting the surface from scratches. If I can get the best of both worlds that would be great. I have a couple of questions to anyone who has used either of these products...

Do the DecalGirls skins cover the ENTIRE body? The skin I bought from SkinIT left most of the sides exposed and did nothing to attempt to cover the top of the Zune. Do the Decal Girl skin leave anything exposed aside from the screen. If so what? Do they come off easy without leaving residue?

Same thing with the invisible shields... do they leave anything exposed if so what? Are they really worth the 25 bucks they want for them? Do they leave any residue when removing the shield?

I would not recommend a 'cover' I would recommend a case, such as the ZuneOne.net Silicone case.

IS is pretty good for scratches and covers the whole body if you order the full body
they leave out the corners
they don't leave a residue

Yeah i figure that it would be difficult to cover the corners and that's fine as long as it covers the rest of the body I'm good... Thanks!

That answers everything... I thought that it only covered the front and back and that is the case... I guess I'll go with the IS... much appreciated!

ouch... did it survive the fall? That's how I broke My Creative Zen and how I ultimately ended up with a Zune... I was super pissed...

honestly i think cases make it too bulky so i would go with the invisa-shield thing.

I'm looking at getting both to be honest... I just ordered the Zuneone hardcase from Zunecentives (SCORE!) and now I think I'm going to get a Invisible Shield for everyday use and just use the hard case for when I'm out running around..

all my zunes and electronic devices have the invisible shield installed. I have referred them to co workers and several friends as well. I won't leave home with out them!!!! I never got around to a hard case though.
