List of working Zune Chargers.

I thought it would be a good idea to try and get a list of chargers that will actually charge the Zune.

So far i have only found one that works personally;
Digitor MP3 Player Charger (Available at Dick Smiths in Australia) [AC Adapter][2 USB Ports][1000mA]

Try to include as many details as possible (so people don't get mixed up) and as many different types of chargers as possible (Battery Extenders, AC Adapter, Car Chargers, Plane Chargers etc.).

I Thought i'd grab one off eBay... but no

I have one of this model, and it charges my Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers and such, but does NOT work with the Zune? :'(
I'm going on a skiing trip soon, with no computers or USB sockets in sight.

...They were pretty cheap, so i've ordered another one for other things though.
I will see if that one works with the Zune, but i doubt it seeing as the charger worked fine with other stuff.

Looking at it now, it does seem to do with the Ampage... lol
This cheapo USB charger outputs: DC 5.0V 400mA
The Zune says on the back that it needs DC 5.0V 1.4A, which ... im thinking is 1400mA ?..

It looks like your 1000mA one is okay for the job though...

A standard USB port is 550mA, and it needs that at least, however that doesn't mean that the Zune will charge (and hence why i started this thread).

I just got one of these, Genesis World USB Charger and it works perfectly (rated at 1000mA output max).

I will be getting a different Car Charger and hopefully that works, i will also be getting a generic USB Cable to see if that might make any difference.

thats an actual wall charger not using the the USB chord, in case you want to keep the usb by your computer.

This one "says" it works with all 5v USB power management devices but it doesn't work on my Zune.

Well i found a few more bits that don't work... at all.

And you can use the ipod usb cord to either, strangle your self or like hold your car's bumper on

if u have a playstaion 2 you can use the usb ports on the front of the system as a charger just make sure that the you have a game in that will recognize it then you can change the game if just efect and restart the system withou completly powering the system off

Hi everyone, I am new in this forum. I am from spain and own a zune since i travelled to new york. Damn hell i did not buy a zune car charger there cause now i can't find any general usb charger that works with the zune. And the official one is expensive, and with the shipping to europe even more expensive.
I have tried these:

HQ Power [Cigarette Lighter][1 USB port][500mA] --> It does not work

Vivanco [Cigarette Lighter][1 USB port][max 1A] --> It does not work



Maybe i desist cause i can't find any that gives more than 1Amp current. (The zune needs 1,4A, right?)
