iPod wall charger

i had an iPod mini a loooong time ago, and had the wall charger. since its just a USB plug into the adapter would it work with my zunes usb cord, or is there some other specs that make it ipod specific?

Honestly, I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work if your saying it has a USB plug into it. I believe they both have the same power to charge since they can both be plugged into a computer.
