Stutters

I have an 8g Zune that stutters. Not all the time and not on all tracks but it seems to be getting worse. I ripped audio cd's to mp3's and transferred them to the Zune. Is this a problem with the Zune or the Windows Media Player process I used to make the mp3's.

Might want to try the full reset including firmware key combo. Link to the key combos is in my sig.
