Default Zune 80 noob, need help!

Hi, I have a couple of questions regarding the zune. First of all, I'd like you all to know that I know nothing about my zune except it plays music. I was an ipod owner until I fell into a river with it in my jeans. Anyways...

What annoys me is that when you go to artists, you can't just pick songs from an artist, you have to select the album as well. Is there anyway to show only songs under artist?

Also, what's the best way to convert zune videos? I used WinAvi, but when I sync it, Zune tells me it's converting again?

Finally, how do I get the dust out from under the screen?

Thanks!

to zB!
For your first question, No, you have to choose the album.
For your second question, I'd go to this thread, http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/gen...softwares.html
For your third question, No, sadly, you cannot remove dust from the screen.
