duplicate songs. argh

i am not sure if there has already been a thread on this, so sorry if i am repeating an erlier problem.
yell at me later.

SO.
i keep my zune under 'artist' then choose an album and then a song.
i like to listen to complete albums.
however, the same exact song on some albums is put on there up to five times in a row.
the same song, not different version.
same everything.

however, when i connect my zune and try to delete the duplicates, the software shows no duplicates.
only the way it should be.

please help.
