zune 80 tv out

hi, i was wondering why the tv out on the zune 80 is black and white on My PAL TV and is there anything i can do to prevent this

Under settings > video on the device change the tv-out mode to PAL. See if that works.

sorry i cant seam to find that option all i can find is dsipaly thentv out on or off i don't have a choice of pall or ntsc

Its either under display or video. It may not be there on the 4/8/80 but I know it's their on my 30. I don't have my 80 with me today so I cant check to see but according to this the 80 only supports ntsc. But then again that article is old.

so would i need something like this Emerson Video System Converter NTSC to PAL on eBay, also, Other TV Accessories, TV Accessories, Consumer Electronics (end time 27-Jul-08 21:11:36 BST)

yeah, they run pretty cheap. I would probably get one from radioshack.

This is the exact same problem I've been trying to solve. Is this the only solution? Are those converters any good?
