New 80GB Owner needs help...please?!?!?!?

I can not get my Zune to sync anything that comes from internet...ie-Marketplace purchase or Zune Pass. I use Firefox browser. I am at the point of throwing my Zune through the wall...talked to Zune support for 1.5 hours yesterday and they could not get it to sync either...I have only had it for about 2 1/2 weeks...please help if anyone can!?!?!?!?

try hard reseting your zune
back + up, then while its restarting, back + center + left

(you actually have to click, not just touch)

I had this problem but all I had to do is upgrade the zunes firmware.
