zune 8 gig plays music too fast

Hey,

So out of nowhere, my 8 gig zune started playing everything, both music and podcasts in hyperspeed. I tried a reset, I tried removing the podcasts thinking that there may have been some setting for like audio books to make them play faster, I tried reinstalling my zune software, I tried running the battery dead, erasing content and then re-syncing, and nothing seems to be working. I've searched all over the internet, and there doesn't seem to be anyone else out there with this problem. I should mention that this is a refurbished zune, as about a month ago I had to send my original in (after only a month of use ) because when the last firmware update came out, it bricked my zune. I have not done anything with the hardware, firmware, or software that would void my warranty. Any other bright ideas? I really don't want to have to call microsoft again, because the last time it was a 4 hour phone call with me explaining to the guy the entire time that I had gone over every procedure in the knowledge base. Probably something wrong with the software if it's still under warranty no harm sending it in.
