zune charging problems

i got a zune 80 and the weird thing is when I plug it to the zune ac charger the zune battery icon says its charging and then it goes green, when I disconnect the zune from the charger it says I have a low battery, but when I plug in the zune via usb it charges fine, any ideas?

yeah I tried that but it is still the same, I think its my charger.... thanks for the help though.
