Default 2 small problems with zune

i own the 4 gigabyte zune, and i've noticed two minor problems with my zune (just bought it.. 3 days ago?) and i'm wondering if these are normal and if i needn't worry.

1) the play/pause button and the back button are a bit loose, as in i can wriggle them around with my fingers. the play/pause button is moreso loose than the back button, but i haven't had any problems with them not responding.

2) when playing games i noticed that the touch pad is often very glitchy, as in sometimes it just completely locks up for a couple seconds, but this may be because i'm holding down too many buttons (like.. 2 lol) or is this a programming flaw in the games im playing? (checking if a button is down and ignoring the rest of the logic if the condition is false etc). and all the games really don't like me putting both thumbs on the touchpad (even though they really are only using the directional pad underneath.. or is the touchpad used for the button detection aswell?) and it tends to lock up then too.

thanks for your time

1)I suggest checking out some other zune 4's and seeing if those ones feel like yours and then decide if yours are too loose.
2)That is normal, I've had similar problems with it locking up as well.
