The weidiest Zune 80Gb's problem ever !!!!

I've got a 80Gb 2nd version Zune Player. I works really well until when i turned it off and could not never turn it on again ! I tried to connect it with my computer via the USB cable but my computer did not even recognise my Zune. It just popped out the Zune background with out the loading bar and that's it. It's been displaying the background for ages and i could not make a hard reset on my Zune. So, is there any suggestions that could help me bring my Zune back ????

That is what it looks like when i plug the cable in (and it's still the background even i un-plug the cable)

Sorry to hear about that. Hope you figure it out, but what in the hell? You aren't using those earphones in the picture are you? I would consider this sacrilege! Maybe your Zune is not happy with your poor decision on earphones. =D

Next time it just freezes up press and hold down the back button and "up" on the directional pad for a few seconds, it'll just restart it, like an old Nintendo you know?

You aren't using those earphones in the picture are you? I would consider this sacrilege! Maybe your Zune is not happy with your poor decision on earphones. =D
