Zune Video Problem

My zune doesnt show any videos. you can go to videos and see the videos u hav but it wont let you watch it you can hear the words that the movie is makin but u cant see it. i tryed restarting it shuting it down reinstallin the movie but nothin works. My last zune worked but i returned it bcuz the lock button came out. is there anything i can do?

You could try uninstalling the software and reinstalling.
Also, check to see if your videos can play in other softwares.

It didnt work and the videos work on othr software too

Try reformatting your zune. http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/zun...light=reformat It may help, and be sure to keep your videos on ur computer for safekeeping.
