Nope, the Chinese character support is only for the zune 30. If you really need the Chinese character support/hack get a zune 30...either do that or wait until were able to.

I've been waiting for East Asian character support ever since I got my Zune 80 in February. I was hoping they would do it in the spring update, but the recent update is really a let down for me. Although I appreciate Zune team's efforts to make Zune a overall better mp3 player, I just can't stand seeing those white boxes in my Zune and not able to figure out which song I am listening to if the title is Traditional Chinese or Japanese. And now, Zune is finally coming to Canada, Microsoft should get this done soon. Major cities in Canada, I believe, have far more Asians than in the US. If Zune wants to compete with iPod, this feature is a must have. I can't even recommend Zune to my friends because of this.
