Zune 8 touch Scroll

My Zune 8 touch scroll is inconsistent when scrolling.What can i do to fix it or do i have to call MS.I also don't want to send it in.

try do a normal reset first: hold "back" and "up" button at same time... tell us if that doesnt work

that helped the Scroll but now when i try to use the button it goes to the top of the playlist or the bottom

what do you mean... u do know that when you click you can only use one finger right? if you use two fingers to click it'll mess it up... and you can hold the click too, it'll be like scrolling

yea after i click and then try to scroll with one finger it goes crazy and i cant control it

sounds like you have a oversensitive touch pad O.o
maybe someone else can help =/ since i dont really know that much about the zune yet.
