Default Zune won't turn on (In México)

So, hello everyone
My Z80 stopped the other day with no reason and I dont know what to do!
I can't call the 877 number since i'm in mexico and I also tried the <+^ with the Zune pad and the back button.
It was almost complete of battery and it didn't fell or anything like that
I tried connecting it to my pc, my X360 (neither of them recognize it) and to an AC adapter

Someone has an idea and if there is a solution

Thnks

Try leaving it charging for 12 hours, then see if it boots up.

Do you live outside of the US, have Paypal, and want the Zune Pass? If so PM me.

yes, it doesn't charge, I'm lookin for someone who also has a zune, but no one has one =/
I have tried with my cable in different sites, my pc, my X360, an also a AC adapter, with no answer..
I'll try to send it to support, but a question
they send you your own Zune??, or they change it for a new one??, bcause I have some stuff that I don't want others to see.. and since I can't make my Zune turn on, I can't erase them, and also, almost all my songs are in there, b/c I use the Guest sync a lot

Thank you for your time, and please, answer if you know :/

Are you living permanently in Mexico or on vacation? You could always wait till you get back to America if you live in America.
However, if you're native to Mexico, try flicking the hold switch back and forth. I sometimes can't turn the Zune on with any buttons until I lock it and unlock it.
