Error C001249 while updating

I'm still trying to update my device to v2.5 but it keeps giving me errors, is it that i'm supposed to update my Windows Install? I have SP2 and it's updated to build 2600.xpsp_sp2_qfe.071023-1323.

Does it need an update for the firmware?

^ My problem changed, now i dont think it;s the Zune, i think it's a MS thing, am i right?
