Default Removing playlists but not the songs?

I made major changes to my songs and I wish to remove all playlists and recreate them for conveniences' sake. This is because some tracks have been moved/deleted so starting over would be easier.

However, deleting a playlist means deleting the songs according to the zune program's warning prompt. Is there a way to disable this?
