ok everything has worked great up until a few days ago when i get this error message on my Zune that says contact support with a number 5 in top left hand corner, while at work and helpless i had to let the battery die on me because it would not turn off on me. After I charged and booted up my Zune when i try to play anything from podcasts to music it has "The Item is missing or can't be played", then i get sad. I later go home top try to sync up thinking my subscription has not been updated or something right, well it still wont play anything. What im trying to avoid is a complete reformat but am willing to do it if their is no more ideas or hope left for me.

OMG!!!!!!! im so sorry i forgot to reply as solved, well the verdict is I had to do a complete restart firmware and all to get anything to play. But after 3000 songs and countless gigs of video I was saddened by the outcome but I am slowly regaining my previous collection plus a few more songs but overall it is solved.
