Default SOFTWARE STARTUP????

When you plug in your Zune is the software suppost to start up automatically? I thought it was suppost to, but mine doesn't. I tried to do the Zune hack before, and changed a few of the 1's and 0's. Could that be the problem? Any help is appreciated.

Mine usually auto-starts, but it hasn't been lately. The Zune software opens up in about 2 seconds on my computer so it's not loading slow. Where is this checkbox so that I can make sure I haven't unchecked it?

Did you do the background hack where you can change the font colors and background image? I installed that as well and now that I think about, they might have both happened around the same time.

I did remove the Zune from auto-startup so that may be the issue for me. Have you done that as well ChriZ?

I'm just thinking it might cuz you change all the 1s and 0s around. I wish these numbers had defaults on them.

Not through the program, but through Windows. I have Vista and it was saying that the Zune software was on my startup programs list. I removed it, though. I'm honestly not sure why this is happening, but at least you're not alone . Opening the software manually isn't that hard, though.

Where do I find this unzoone software? I'm not doing it if I have to re-do my collection.

yeah, I'd rather stick an ice-pick through my ear than re-name all those files again. I went through hundreds of them.
