Unhappy Zune pad not working properly

Hi Everyone,

Just got my Zune off ebay, as I live in New Zealand and have wanted one of these for a very long time!

It has been working for 3 days, then suddenly tonight the Zune Pad stopped responding and only worked when in play mode to go to the next song (>>).

Every direction on the zune pad would work (not touch, by click only) but would only go to the next song. I.e. it would not go back, would not enter the menu, would not volume up or down.

This problem freaks me out as I hope the ebay seller will take a return!

But in the mean time, as I wait for the battery to drain, as I cannot do a reset as up does not work, is there any know solution to this?

Help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Ben

Yea, the guy is pretty reliable and it has a one year warranty.

I was just hoping to see if this was a problem that could go away with a 'quick fix'

your pad might be not functioning well.. or the connector are lose.. so just contact the seller and ask for an exchange/refund.

After a reset, by battery drain. The Zune pad is working again.

Just some advice, should i request a replacement?

[SOLVED] Do not use AC chargers that are not the original Zune ones. This caused my problem!

I use a third party charger. Just make sure the voltage is correct.
