Well my Zune had lasted about two months comming back from the factory and now it is acting very odd.
First i had a lot of trouble syncing songs from another PC on to my Zune. That took many tries. Second now when i am trying to get all of my media on one PC and reverse sync my zune pretty much does nothing and does not put the songs back on to my PC. Then it will refuse to even say that it is reverse sync and will say connected while software says syncing. Third I recently added songs but now two of my songs will not play properly. They use to play perfectally fine but when i would play them the zune would have a long pause (almost frozen) and then start playing again. I removed these songs and readded them and now it says that the file cannot be found or could not be played. Fourth, well i dunno if this is common or not but if i go through the songs on shuffle and scroll through really fast my zune locks up. And i can hear the hard drive clicking. I would prefer not to do a reset until i can somehow get all the media off of my zune. Thanks Last edited by ShadowedIce : 04-21-2008 at 02:04 PM. Reason: stuff |

you can do a reset.. a regular reset not a hard reset... and see what will that do... if not.. then you mainly have to do a hard reset.. but you can try reinstalling the zune software first with unzoone.
