80g contact support screen

I was showing a friend of mine some music he would like and as i unplugged my headphones to plug in the radio transmitter for my car i got the contact support (5) screen

when i asked on the microsoft community assistance forums i was told to hold the back button and the up part of the zune's pad....but my zune wont restart, when i plug it into the charger, i get the contact support screen, when i unplug it, the contact support screen stays there until my battery is drained.

any suggestions?

If it won't restart, wait for the battery to drain, restart and try a hard reset. If that doesn't work, contact support like it says.

yea.. just call microsoft if it don't work.. nothing we can do... microsoft/zune number: 877-get-zune
