Question Zune Warranty

Yo everyone....
my zune got dead for "some" reason i dont really get!

Just got it plugged to comp as usually and when I unplugged it and tried to turn it off, it simply wont turn on anymore....even HDD makes no sound...just dead !

But thats not my point at this moment. The thing is that I bought ZUNE on e-bay and live in Czech Rep (thats Europe if you dont know :P), is there a way to get it repaired? And also, how to contact Microsoft support (for Zune indeed) over email(my english isnt SO AWESOME, to be able to consult such advanced stuff over phone)?

Also there would be way to send it back to seller and he would do that, but I would be more calm if I could figure it out.

Thx for answers <3 and enjoy your working zunes!

Let it sit for a little, charging, before you totally decide that it's dead. If it really is, than you are really screwed. I don't think Microsoft handles unwarrantied Zune repairs but I may be wrong.

Plugged to computer, and when detached it turned off, after that nothing more...
And what do you mean by "unwarrantied" ?? I got this on "service.zune.net" :

Device Information
Device: Zune
Serial Number: 0607xxxxxxxx
Warranty Status: In Warranty
Repair Status: No pending repair

edit: Its "In Warranty" with my EU adress and Poslal Code so it seems like i "should" have warranty. But maybe im wrong ><

You only need the receipt if you're returing to a store. If you return to microsoft, they don't need your receipt.

Have them call 877-GET-ZUNE and tell them your problem. Then they will mail your friend a box, your friend will mail the box to you, using his/her return address, mail your zune to microsoft.

Does your US friend know english, spanish, or french? Zune support speaks all 3. They can't fix it over the phone, it will need to be mailed.
