hold button doesnt work

Instead "clicking" and putting it on hold it sorta now glides and doesn't hold any help?

unless you are willing to void warranty / get into things and check the actual switch itself, you should call Zune tech support and see if you can get it serviced.

so when you push it to hold its not in hold? my zune 4 doesn't click.. it just slides... and it just goes on hold when i do it.. theres no fix mainly.. besides call microsoft/zune. 877-get-zune

that means w/e holding it on inside the zune is loose. call zune unless your willing to void your warranty.
