no. of videos messed up! =/

this is the problem: i have 18 video/movies on my zune and when i went to main screen> settings> about> storage. it says that i have 29 videos, why is that? the number of music and pictures are right, just the videos are messed up! i really dont want to hard reset it, and restarting just dont help!

Are you missing some or have you gained some?
If you've just gained some, I'd live with it. Save yourself the trouble.

I had the same problem. I had manually deleted some stuff, I think it was the content pre-loaded onto my Zune and it supposed had more music and videos than it really had. I solved it by just wiping everything. That included the firmware but you could probably get away with just wiping all the media from it.

Um.. sometimes zunesoftware woud categorize the podcast as videos. Thus the number of video might include your video podcasts.

i added 10 podcast so i have 29 videos total (podcast included) and it now says i have 39 videos!
